Le Grand National du Trot pose ses valises à Pornichet pour sa 10e étape ce mercredi. Qui dit Pornichet, dit évidemment Eric Raffin, le maître des lieux. Le Sulky d’Or sera au sulky de Favori de l’Iton dans ce ZE5 événement, le jeu phare de Zeturf. Il tire la quintessence du fer de lance d’Hughes Levesque. En cinq associations, ils n’ont jamais terminé en dehors du jumelé gagnant, dont trois victoires. Idéalement placé au premier échelon, le tandem s’annonce une nouvelle fois redoutable. Plaqué devant et sans enrênement, Fly Speed marche également sur l’eau. Il ne rend pas la distance cette fois et va rapidement occuper les avant-postes. Elie de Beaufour représente la classe dans ce lot. On a encore tous en mémoire son récital dans la finale du tournoi l’an dernier. Déferré d’entrée de jeu, il peut réaliser une grande performance. Euro du Chêne aura à cœur de se venger de sa dernière disqualification sur tapis vert à Divonne. Fairplay d’Urzy devrait monter en puissance sur sa bonne reprise à Vincennes. Eddy du Vivier, extra sans ses chaussures, se présente de façon rapprochée avec des ambitions. Cadet et Dostoievski n’ont pas jeté l’éponge pour les places. »
